首先，手机用USB连接到电脑之后，不一定就能够被adb连接，
最简单的办法。
打开cmd 运行 sdk目录\platform-tools\adb devices

查看cmd输出，如果现实 有设备的话，那才是与adb连接。。
连接设备后输出类似这样的：我是 局域网下连接的， 所以我这里现实的是IP地址，



用数据线那就应该是类似这样：



至于连接不上手机，一般有几种情况

手机USB调试开关，没装驱动，数据线有问题，adb端口被占用，
